YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

We are currently looking for a Receptionist for our client Sandvik, an established global industrial company with offices located in central Stockholm at T-centralen. You will become part of a team of three, consisting of a Receptionist and a Front Office Manager.

You will be employed by Inte Bara Post Bemanning and work on-site at Sandvik. The role is based at the office; it is not a hybrid position.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

In the role of Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, performing administrative tasks, and contributing to keeping the office clean and pleasant.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a natural ability to see what needs to be done. You are willing to go the extra mile to make both customers and colleagues feel welcome. As a Receptionist, you will be a key person in ensuring a high level of service at the office and acting as the company's face to the outside world.

You will work with a variety of tasks such as:

  • Welcoming visitors
  • Mail and courier handling
  • Contact person for suppliers, landlords, etc.
  • Handling orders
  • Preparing for meetings and events at the office

As a person, you are social, self-reliant, and highly service-oriented. To succeed in this role, we believe you are proactive, helpful, caring, and have an eye for detail. Furthermore, you are professional, responsible, and enjoy working independently. You are good at interacting with different types of people and have the ability to handle varying work paces.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist
  • Good knowledge of the Office package
  • Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
